How do I return an item?

General return/damaged goods policy: Any returns or damages must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of goods in order for a claim to be honored. Credit for damaged products will be honored only if the item(s) are retained and then returned for inspection by Scrapalicious. Please contact Scrapalicious for a return authorization. Original packaging is needed for return packaging for evaluation. Full refund including postage fees will be given upon acceptance of damaged products by Scrapalicious. Scrapalicious is in no way responsible for any item(s) that are damaged during shipping without insurance. We offer insurance on all of our shipments upon request. Insured shipments offer the convenience of coverage on damage, loss, and or theft of your item(s) during shipment.
